Dyehouse
Lila Dyehouse, which has a daily dyeing capacity of 25-30 tons, consists of state-of-the-art equipment installation and state-of-the-art electronic cleaners and cots to eliminate yarn and color errors.
Lawer Dosing Automation
Automatic liquid and auxiliary chemical dosing works with digital signals from MERP software, it delivers auxiliary chemicals and dyestuffs to the assigned machine in liquid form and ready to be injected into the dyeing bath. It prevents human errors and provides high efficiency dyeing.
Digital ERP System
ERP software used for Process Planning and Production Tracking All steps in the production process are recorded against time. Laboratory test results and dyeing prescriptions are recorded. Dyeing pattern and recipe are transmitted to dyeing machine and Lawer automatic dosing system via ERP. Soft winding and hard winding program planned with ERP software to meet customer quality demand.
MERP and PLC
The Manufacturing Business Resource Planning software and the machine control PLC work in sync with the digital data received from the ERP software. The entire dyeing process is remotely controlled and monitored by the MERP software. Auxiliary chemicals, dyestuff vapor, and water consumptions are reported by the MERP software, enabling us to optimize and improve dyeing consumption and time spent. MERP software monitors each batch dyeing process and prevents any errors in the operation of the machine.
